Rawhide build report's conflict checking code

Rawhide build reports problematic dependencies list, conflicting
packages etc. I want to know where can I read the code/algorithm for
that?

for a little crazy idea which came up into my mind to play with that
to check compatibility across 2 or more repositories (compatibility as
in, no packages/files are overlapping, no broken deps).
