If it all comes from the same SRPM, can the brand be included in the 
appropriate langpack?

A concern that remains is people in Brazil not installing the @*-support 
group associated with the pt_BR locale, but then again, nothing prevents 
them from installing OOo next to or over BRO.

Another bandaid to the problem is to strongly advertise the use of the 
pt_BR localized spin.
