Reminder: FESCo election nominations open until Dec. 3rd

Hi all,

Just sending a reminder that nomination period for the upcoming FESCo
election is still open until December 3rd.  You may self-nominate. If
you wish to nominate someone else, please consult with that person ahead
of time. Wiki nomination pages [1] carry additional details about the
nominee which the nominee is expected to write.  Simply update the
respective wiki page with your nomination information.
