No. It doesn't. This is a Fedora specific development list.

You have subtly now changed your question but it is still offtopic in a 
Fedora development mailing list. Anyway your question has been answered 
by myself and Jesse Keating already. So no more EL specific questions 
here. Take it elsewhere.
