There is the small matter of contributory infringement. If it's not
free enough to be in Fedora, it's not free enough to be in a repo that
is configured by default in Fedora.
Basically, if Fedora could be pre-configured to be able to install said
software, it has to be free enough to be /in/ Fedora, in which case it
can just be in Fedora and not in a secondary repo.
