pkgdb+repoview+bugz : Fedora package web-interface confusion

Shouldn't be hard as it has been done before (e.g. in the modified
repoview for FE).

It is painful currently, because inspite of "raydium" being a valid binary
package, it is no valid "component" in terms of bugz(illa) or pkgdb.
