Both packages were creating dependency loops:

tex-preview->texlive-latex->texlive-texmf-latex->texlive-texmf->tex-preview
texinfo-tex->tetex->texlive->texlive-texmf->texinfo-tex

I'm sure Jindrich will fix it properly when he's back from his
vacation.
