Kernel-2.6.25-0.40.rc1.git2.fc9.i686 doesn't boot in rawhide

Not sure if it is related, but I can't seem to get it working.  I have removed and reinstalled kernel-2.6.25-0.40.rc1.git2.fc9 several times and keep getting the following errors.

/sbin/nash error while loading shared libraries: libdhcp-1.99.so.1: cannot open shared object file:  No such file or directory
/sbin/grubby error while loading shared libraries: libdhcp-1.99.so.1: cannot open shared object file:  No such file or directory
