koji not working? exceptions.IOError

Hello.

For now when I try koji scratch build of my local srpm, I get
the following error.

[tasaka1 at localhost SRPMS]$ koji build --scratch dist-f9 pcmanfm-0.3.5.23-2.fc8.src.rpm 
Uploading srpm: pcmanfm-0.3.5.23-2.fc8.src.rpm
Fault: <Fault 1: 'exceptions.IOError: [Errno 5] Input/output error'>   - B/sec

koji sysadmin, would you investigate what is happing on koji?
