Should vim-X11 conflict with vim-enhanced ?

I think that what we can do is a wrapper (e.g. in vim-common package)
which would check which vim is installed and run it. If both are, it
could, say, prefer -X11 over -enhanced by default but it should be
also possible to set it in a config file.
What do you think?
