What needs to be done to get LTSP 5 into Fedora?

(LTSP 5 support needed), Jesse Keating suggests:

I didn't notice that conversation being started, so I thought I would
give it a go.

I'm quite keen to get LTSP 5 going and would like to use Fedora but I'm
having trouble finding anything to test.
