Aha, the "insert, boot and press enter" use case ;-) +1 for squeezing
that in somewhere, but wouldn't that be a rescue+very minimalistic
kickstart? I use kickstart to prevent the (in my personal opinion)
language and keyboard settings dialog from popping up... I'm not sure
what else it can take in a rescue cd environment?
