For Sylpheed, including gtkclist.h breaks in gtkctree.h since gtk2-2.13.1,
as something is missing.

My attempt at reporting that has been bz #450266, but since it is about
deprecated headers and gtk2-2.13.2 changed the stuff even further, I
closed the ticket when I found a work-around. That work-around is to
include gtk.h which includes _all_ headers including the deprecated ones.

What exactly is missing, I've not spent time on finding out.
