Less of a problem if someone opens a ticket while you enter the airport.
More of a problem if a ticket is open already for two weeks before you
go on holidays.

It still may need some kind of emergency team (or rel-eng) to jump in
under certain circumstances. Imagine, one of your packages fails to start
because a library update reveals a crasher bug in the application. Do we
want to keep it broken for 4+ weeks and only then start a process on
finding out why you don't respond?
