I did that and now NM is 27 and netfs is 25

# ls -al /etc/rc3.d/*Net*
lrwxrwxrwx 1 root root 24 2008-06-12 13:58
/etc/rc3.d/S27NetworkManager -> ../init.d/NetworkManager

I'm at work and will report back when I come home because at home.
