The 7 bits will remain obtainable via mirrormanager mirrorlists for the
forseeable future, like years and years down the road.  Whether or not
those bits stay on the expensive primary mirror is up for debate, but
likely won't be shuffled off for another year.  If and when the bits do
migrate, published urls for these (the baseurl and the mirrorlist url)
will continue to direct users to the content, regardless of where it is.
