Broken deps need fixing

Unfortunately not so simple.  It did need a rebuild against a new
version of nant, but the build fails:

Seems odd, can't seem to find which perl package is supposed to
provide these.

Yep, also an issue with octave, with that and ginac fixed, it builds
now.
