Heads up: dvipdfmx versioning

Hi,

In the process of splitting out dvipdfmx into a separate package
(review BZ #433225) we fixed up the version/release tags to conform to
the guidelines. However, this does break the upgrade path from the
previous dvipdfmx package that was built from the texlive.spec.
Therefore you'll need to remove dvipdfmx before updating to the new
package.

ps. no upgrade path from earlier releases is affected, this is purely
a rawhide issue.
