Request to enable CONFIG_FAIR_GROUP_SCHED

Hi,

I notice in the 2.6.24 update pushed out to fedora 8, fair group
sched is not enabled. Can it please be enabled?

(and if the aim is to provide minimum impact to the user, you can
set it to CONFIG_FAIR_CGROUP_SCHED allowing those who want to use it to
use it.)
