Cannot print to file in Fedora

Dear all,

I meet a problem in Fedora 8 (CUPS 1.3.3) and Fedora 7,that is I
cannot print to file.
I have add "FileDevice Yes" in cupsd.conf, and restarted the OS.
I added one Raw printer for File device successfully. When I print to
it, there is a error message as following:

Unable to open output file "file:/home/swteam/test.prn" - Permission denied.

It can work on SUSE and Ubuntu. So I don't know what happened in
Fedora? Anybody can give me some comments?
