pup - to restart or not to restart :)

I made a mockup of an idea that would be nice to implement in pup.
Pup has information which packet after install requires restart of
your system and which don't. Only choice now is to dissable package by
package if you don't wan't to install packages that require a restart
so that gave me this idea.

What is your oppinion about it?
