Application for GSoC Project - Package WebUI

What's the point in having both? So the AIO in MyFedora and than again
a part of it in WebUI.. What i can understand is making one AIO and
make some sections of it so configurable that for a user it looks like
2 different applications
1. developers stuff
2. new user stuff

thanx. it's just about how it looks. the tags stuff is indeed better
to use here because the koji database seems to use it a lot and works
out quite nice. and i would also provide the user to choose between
list view (little info) and More info (which would be the one i just
showed here).

Another idea that i just thought of was the option for the person
visiting a package to have the ability to "notify" the package owners
of a new package. A condition i would add is that before the user can
actually submit the new release link he will get a list with all the
current known versions of that package to prevent useless input.
