If maintainer of php-pear-Mail-Mime doesn't pick this up, I will.

Horde maintainer is also maintainer of php-pear-Mail-Mime - the package that's
been split up. I think it makes sense that he also maintains this package (he's
obviously familiar with Horde and its requirements).
