Swapped middle and right mouse buttons in rawhide

I hoped for a second it was intentional. It's impossible to resize a 
windows with alt-middle-click when the mouse middle button is a tiny 
mouse wheel (i.e. half the mice on the market)... If anyone knows how to 
change that setting...
