Firstboot problem (was Re: F8 Live CD respin without first boot wizard?!?)

Don't know if this is related or not, but I did a clean network install
on a student's computer (with Updates repo enabled) and ran into the
same problem.

Firstboot was installed, but the firstboot wizard didn't run.
