The proper place for the type of mail starting this thread is really 
fedora-test-list, not -devel.  Why?  Because those bugs all require testing, and 
feedback, and related to user experience.. and the developer responsible for 
them already knows about it.  You're certainly not the only one posting things 
to devel that really won't interest developers in a broad sense though.  I think 
lots of people send all their mail to -devel just so it gets seen by more people 
(who probably don't care to see it in the first place).

There is a -desktop list, and an -anaconda list and a livecd list, all of those 
would be applicable to your bugs too.
