confused about my F-9 packages

Have you built it for F-9 before? (see koji)
If yes, was it after the freeze? In that case, have you
prepared an update for F-9 in the Updates System?

See "cvs log Cython.spec". It has been tagged before.

Why not simply "cd F-9 && BUILD_FLAGS=--nowait make build"?
Why do you want to tag it again?
