Anyone else with hard freezes?

I installed OK (upgraded over a Fedora Rel 8 using DVD).
Kernel XEN boots to the point that the message "Releasing VGA" appears. 
Then it freezes (a poweroff is necessary because system don't catch 
keyboard IRQs).

System is: ASUS PS800-MX SE with 2 160GBytes SATA, two 80GBytes ATA and 
a RTL8139 additional network board. RAM is 2GBytes.
