Stalled tlock review

  Hello there,

I've this package called `tlock', for which I did create a review request 
at: https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=444952  But sadly, our on-going review is stalled since Ralf stopped responding(don't know why).

Now, I've no clue as to what needs to be done. I'd appreciate it if someone could continue the review process? Also I'm keen to know about Ralf.
