Yes. Note that this is an upstream change, not something the maintainers
of bugzilla.redhat.com did. This is so you do not stop getting mail from
a bug simply because someone assigned it to somebody other than you.

You'll keep getting one mail but you'll now get it for two different
reasons instead of one.
