Is a Fedora mailinglist really the best place to have an informed
discussion on how non-RPM based distros deal with the requirements of
the LSB?  The fact that you are asking this question may indicate that
this is a very good time to perhaps stop talking and to take a step
back to do a baseline assessment concerning what the LSB actually
mandates.
