RFC: fix summary text for lots of packages

Nah, it's nonsense to even try listing the supported video formats
in the summary if you can list them in the longer and detailed
description. What about MVCD,XVCD,XSVCD,RSVCD,TVCD,TSVCD and others?
The short summary simply cannot answer a lot of questions the user
might have.

I'd go even further than Richard and cut

   Simple video DVD and CD authoring software

to 

   Simple video DVD and CD authoring

;) because it doesn't matter that it's "software" or "a program".
Way too many packages contain "programs". It's nothing special that
must be highlighted in a summary, which is supposed to be short and
to the point. On the contrary, a "framework" or "development kit"
is special enough to emphasize it, for example.

True. You'll find that the shorter the summary (which is approved during
review), the longer it will stay accurate (and short and to the point).
Not so with too much details, such as mentioning that an app is written
in C++ or Python.
