6to4 does not require ISP support, and Microsoft requires it to be
supported for Vista certification of residential routers:

No idea how many manufacturers bother to get the Microsoft stamp of
approval, but it's out there. If you plug in to one of these, the router
handles 6to4, and provides native IPv6 to the LAN, which your Fedora box
(and any Vista machines...) will automatically use, all without needing
any support from the ISP or any configuration by you.
