Thinking about it a bit more, there can be a problem. Indeed, even
though update directories shouldn't grow much, each 'supported' LTS
release will take a big space on mirrors (6G or something like that?).
So I think that the maximal number of EOL braches that are kept open
should be constrained by the available place. For example, 3 more years
would roughly mean 3*2 more updates directories. It could be too much, 
or not, depending on what is acceptable on fedora download servers.

In that case skipping some of the fedora release, like doing the LTS
stuff only each year may help.
