Package review backlog.

This seems rather silly - do other elected bodies make each member
justify their existence once per week? (It's not like we're normally
hurting for things to talk about during meetings.)

CVS logs are public records. Bugzilla is a more-or-less public record.
Meeting logs are a public record. The information is there if people
want to use it for voter education purposes.
