Attn Ruby People: Package Review request

Two thing out here to the Ruby Community in Fedora:

1.  I have a package that has needed a review since May, I just
updated it. https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=452450  This
is RSPEC.

2.  ruby-rpm fails to build from source.
https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=465103  I don't have a
very good idea on what is needed to fix this. I am not the primary
maintainer, but I am always interested in more Ruby stuff in Fedora.
If anybody has time to fix this, it'd be great.
