Additional syscalls support in valgrind

The current valgrind rpm includes patches that add various newer syscall 
support to valgrind.

Is this the case where they've been sent upstream, but not rolled yet rolled 
into the main release, or is there a reason why they have not been submitted 
upstream.

I've hacked up valgrind to grok two more syscalls, so I'm wondering what to 
do with my patches.
