As someone who was testing both Plymouth and KMS, I got plenty of chances
to switch to a VT and even filed some bug reports against both.
This is sort of like how recent Plymouth and mkinitrd changes regarding
encrypted file systems help me find a couple of issues with the f10 rescue
image.
