Problems for me too:

cannot find "ent/iso-amsa.ent"; tried 
"/usr/share/sgml/docbook/sgml-dtd-4.2-1.0-39.fc10/ent/iso-amsa.ent", 
"/usr/share/sgml/ent/iso-amsa.ent", "/usr/share/xml/ent/iso-amsa.ent"

and so on...

find /usr/share -name iso-amsa.ent
/usr/share/sgml/docbook/xml-dtd-4.2-1.0-39.fc10/ent/iso-amsa.ent
/usr/share/sgml/docbook/xml-dtd-4.1.2-1.0-39.fc10/ent/iso-amsa.ent
