Which issue? I know Alain's problems with some of the fedora french
community have been discussed.

Not that I can recall, although again, it depends on which issue you
are talking about here.

Sure, this is one reason I wanted to setup the trac instance to track
issues that need FESCo input.

I think there are communications problems going on here. 
It doesn't help that many of the people looking at this do not speak
french and thus may be misunderstanding Alain.
