Boot speedup with readahead

it's in readahead:

[root at box]# rpm -ql readahead | grep cron
/etc/cron.daily/readahead.cron
/etc/cron.monthly/readahead-monthly.cron

But we should probably wait a week to see what magic Arjan has before we
go off re-architecting any of this :)
