SIGs/SciTech/SAGE progress?

Are there any status updates on building SAGE^3 into fedora?^1

I've been looking at the PCLinuxOS rpms.  As it stands SAGE depends on kash
which has a strange license.

Another issue is that the software bundles many other packages against the
fedora tradition.
