I agree with that.

There are (and always will be, I suspect) places where anything faster
than ISDN will simply not be available. If there is a size concern for
this package maybe we could split out all the pieces not necessary for
simple PPP dialup (the whole CAPI and FAX tools) and just install the 
PPP bits?
