Boot speedup with readahead

Good stuff.

I see slightly more than 10% speedup with this on F-9 from end of grub to 
until the KDE splash screen disappears.  Ditto to until all apps that I have 
on autostart after a small modification.

The modifications I made to /etc/event.d/readahead-collector.event were 
commenting out the [ -f /.autorelabel ] test (no selinux here) as well as 
increasing the sleep time in pre-stop script to 50 so that all the apps I 
have on autostart get collected.
