Boot speedup with readahead

I guess you can wait now, or wait later.

But yeah I agree with osx it's:

boots up fast, awesome!
background download of updates, awesome!
updates install quickly (usually) - awesome!
updates force reboot - not awesome!
reboot takes AGES that first time - not aweseome!
