How important is comps.xml to us these days? Which packages should be in comps.xml and which not?

Sure, I'll ask kenvandine if I can use packagekit.org (it's a VM in a
colo) as I'm betting he's not keen on several people downloading 200Mb+
at at the same time.

I've got a 147M quota on rhughes.fedoraproject.org -- is there anyway I
can get this bumped up to ~300Mb?
