please deactivate services by default! sendmail|sm-client

So waiting during bootup for 2 minutes for sendmail to look up it's own 
{non-existent} ip address inside a nat network, then another minute for 
sm-client to do the same wouldn't be acceptable to you then ?

Glad I'm not the only one who thinks delays above a second should be 
improved: https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=238308
