I think so.  The real test is what does yum/anaconda see with these
repos.  Ideally it'd just be one instance of each group, with all the
right content of the combined repos.

I'm honestly not sure what will happen.  Worth testing I suppose.  It
may not work too well if people use the repo alone without a matching
Fedora repo.  Of course, that would be silly to do, but meh...

I think that's fine, provided again that the user uses a Fedora repo
with it to pick up that missing grouping information.
