Rawhide debuginfo packages with no sources

It did, and it still does.  But this package is not empty:

On the other hand, as mentioned in my first mail about these a week or so ago, 
catching the above case (debuginfo with no sources) was only recently 
implemented upstream, there's no release out with it yet:
