X on tty7

That's for GDM. For KDM, we just set it up in the config file
(/etc/kde/kdm/kdmrc) to always use tty1. Though of course that's in the new
default config file, not in the one shipped with F9 which is retained if it
was customized. Other ways to start X11 behave differently again.
